Does anyone else connect to a skial community server when queueing for casual or is it just me?

Does anyone else connect to a skial community server when queueing for casual or is it just me?
i need someone to clarify this for me, i just opened up TF2 and when I queue for casual, it brings me to a skial server, not a casual match. is this a bug or is it a feature to temporarily get rid of bots?
