Every single time he gets a kill;

"sit down nerd"

Every time someone asks him to stop;

Other players and I have tried multiple votemutes in the past, and usually fail by a margin of 72/75

I have tried the /ignore command, and it says "ignoring DJ★Foster", but I still see his messages. If this is a frequent problem and someone knows the solution please inform me of it.

Check his chat logs, although persistant with binds, he was not spamming chat with them.
Just to be sure, I joined in server while he was still on and found I was right.
