Somewhat Threatening Sniper
So, after playing around a bit. I eventually went to Pyro and then noticed that my flamethrower's Halloween Flames weren't working (suppose to be green, not normal). What gives? Halloween Mode is enabled since every other Halloween item of mine works just fine...
