Question:
A group of players join the server, each one has the same name, all of them decide to go pan scout and spam the engie. What do?

Question 2: A player comes on the server with a Backburner named "Holocaust". You aren't sure if it's racist or not, but the guy's killing people on the server with it, and someone mentioned it. What course of action do you take?

Question 3: Who's that Pokemon?

Gonna take each question one by one.
1. Alright if its reported I will go into the server and record a demo of them in the act at the same time I will use the status command to pull up their steam ids and check to see if any of them have previous bans or alts with bans. When I am sure I have enough recorded I will issue a warning to stop and stat helping the team and change their names ( I am not sure whether an admin can change a person name) if they comply I will leave, wait a few minutes, change my name and then come back into the server to see if they are still following the rules if not then I will ban them. If I am already in the server I will record a demo of them, issue a warning, and if they don't comply then I will ban them.

2. I will join the server and pull the info on the player in question and see if that person has any sort of previous ban. I will watch the chat to see if there is any sort of racism on and listen to voice also for the same thing while recording a demo for the voice in which i will ban immediately. Also depends on how many people are offended and how the name is worded. If its "The Holocaust" then I will have to believe the player is mentioning the massacre of the Jews in which I will take action by issuing a warning and asking to either change to a different backburner or wipe the weapons name. But if its just Holocaust the player could be going by the dictionary definition which is" a great or complete devastation or destruction,especially by fire." If its many people complaining about the name then it will be the same as before a warning in which the player must change weapons or wipe it. If its just one or two players then I will add em and pm them saying how the weapons is not exactly racist and I won't give a unjustly ban, then tell them if they want to can go to the many other skial servers. Finally if the player does not comply then I will have to ban which the time will be based on whether the player has any previous bans.

+1 Hope to see you out there on the servers when we need you.
I.E the many times no other admins are online and suddenly everyone on the server wants to mic spam and name their backburner "BlackBurner" (and even add a strange part for demomen killed.)
 
I am requesting for this thread to be locked.some things have come up in my life in which i will no longer be able to dedicate the amount of time to tf2 and skial as i use to. I am happy that many of you gave support, and sorry that i must close this thread. Twi
