I turn on my computer normally, hit task manager and i see this
61E0G.png

I scroll down and nothing else is going using 29.7% of the rest of CPU. Any way to fix this problem? Do i have a possible malware infection? I am not sure how to fix this problem and whether or not its hurting my computer

So I tracked it down to be System Idle Process
Do I stop the process or will it affect my computer permanently?
System Idle Process is nothing else but a Microsoft's solution on keeping CPU alert. It does not really load your CPU - it just keeps your CPU alert, so to say, so in case any other process starts querying CPU, it would be ready to process the requests instantaneously.
You have nothing wrong with your CPU usage. The only thing I would suggest is checking this puush.exe process.
