Declined cp_powerhouse

I really enjoy playing on powerhouse, however there are literally no other servers dedicated to powerhouse. Would it be possible to make one?

I dont even know if that map is popular that much anymore. Atlest every time I played it people quickly voted to change off to something else.

Ill +1 anyway even tho I dont play I think if it gathers enough support I dont see why not. Unless any statistics say otherwise really.
