Excellent resource for this type of thing..not necessarily 100% accurate, but it still isn't a bad guideline.

I usually have odd experiences with these types of websites. I tried them in the past to see if I could run Borderlands 2, they said I couldn't run it and yet I've been running it just fine

This has happened with other games too. It's odd

Highlighted the shaky parts in red. For optimum experience a 2.13 Ghz CPU and 4GB RAM is preferred but definitely not required. Just expect some lag once you get late into the game and have a fully discovered map.
EDIT: Also now that I think about it. It would help to have a 9800M GTC.

I've used it for almost everything before I've bought it when I was on a shitty pc and never got malware from it.

I would say that the website (and its included plugin that it installs) are clean, but never click their ads and their recommendations for "download this random program you never heard of before to boost your performance with 20000%!", it's those that will screw you up.

People who are new to the interwebs usually fall for them. My parents aren't internet savvy and sometimes fall for certain ads disguising themselves as legit computer messages and other stuff
