Problem solved. Connecting to idle in textmode

Went ahead and whipped up an idle shortcut/script for the lulz. I added +connect [ipaddress] to the end, but it refuses to connect and starts up a local 2fort server. What am I doing wrong?

The script itself:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 440 -textmode -nosound -nopix -novid -nopreload -nojoy +connect 46.21.154.178:27015

Ignore his, I derped and left some fragments of launch options in Steam that were fucking it up.
