Community servers high latency?

[Alright, so i live in Asia ye? So by logic Asian servers should have a very low latency, issuing very low ping, in term have high speed gameplay](https://preview.redd.it/3ril568o8ut...mp;s=63e64ea52dc213b152823224834c26753b09a2f3)
However if you would look at the picture above you you would see that the top server there has a somewhat high latency, which to my standards was alright, any latency below 110 was okay for me
On the otherhand though if you would look at the wonderland SG servers, they have a latency of over 250+... You see me and my girlfriend play alot on those servers, they always gave me a latency of 84. regulary, i would fire up my router and boom, me and her can play fast and fair on those wonderland SG Servers
now those servers have randomly gained a butt load of latency that its basically unplayable for me, I felt like i was playing on US servers Her ping remained the same, keep that in mind, her ping was the same a solid 70-20 ping on average
Mine was 200-150... and it wasnt ping spikes, it was the actual ping
Speaking of US Servers, Those seem to be appearing as Low latency servers, like these:

skial servers, from the US are labeled as low ping, oppose to Asian servers, where i live in
However you could argue that "Just join it, it has low latency so that should be the high speed gameplay you were looking for" Wrong.... I did join it expecting that my serversd were buggy, and damn they were, Despite it saying a latency of 75, i had a ping of over 300+, I just took a quick glance at my net\_graph to tell me that my presence is not welcome here
That isnt even the weirdest part, I refuse to think that my router is the problem, wanna know why? Its because Valve official servers never caused me any trouble despite all of these happening, no
I tried joining a Casual And MVM match just to confirm on whether or not my router was the problem, and the result made me scratch my head:

Take a look at my ping, 2 digits (54 or something) on a singapore server, An asian server giving me low ping? Oh how glorious, but why do valve servers give me the appropriate server ping as oppose to the community servers i always join in? That is the question i keep bashing my head in, its quite the issue
I tried restarting my modem, nothing happened, i tried restarting tf2, restarting my laptop, still nothing, can someone please help me with this situation i am having, i need an explanation for this. Its really annoying, and im not even sure if im the only one experiencing this \^\^"
