Command-generated unusuals not working anymore

So yesterday i tried to test how some unusuals would look on my hat, but when i tried to put one on it, it said something about particles being disabled for free accounts due to fps issues.

What does it mean?, i never had it before.

All particles given through the !items plugin are now disabled for free users.

The reason being that people on reddit and steam keep telling people to avoid our servers because it lowers their FPS too much.
