I doubt this is the first time anybody has ever self reported themselves, but I am doing it so see if what I said is against the rules.
The rules state:

• Racism
  • Racial slurs or stereotypes are not allowed.
  • However, you may use the term "nigga" without negative words or stereotypes. Examples of negative words include but not limited to: dumb, bad, hate.

My statement:

that nigga is fucking good goddamn

to me is not a negative statement, I was saying that the player I was up against was really good.

There is no negative connotation from this statement in my opinion.

But seriously, the way it was used seems to be correct non-malicious slang so I'd say the way you phrased that is not against the rules.
