1. Are you going to update the server to 1.9/1.9.4?
2. Do builds have to be rail themed?
3. How many active players are there?

1. Well unfortunately since it's only just started not really any active players apart from my friends, so yeah there're three on there right now.
2. They don't have to be rail themed, but each 'city' will have a rail connection. The current theme is just 'city'. So it can be anything city related, not just rail.

I can't update my mod until Railcraft gets updated to 1.8.
