Declined Chat cooldown on discord

Basically unmod is cancer as shit at peak times, can we have a cooldoown on the chat.. even if its only a 10 second cooldown. I'd just think it would work better with how active it is at the moment and people spam alot and it gets int he way of good convo's and stuff.

I think there might be a discord bot that can do something like this but you would have to get it on there.

Though I still think it would be nice to add a bot to the discord, I've played around with Mee6 and there's a ton you can do

When my friends use mee6 on a server we don't use it a whole lot because we are not that big but it's pretty good
