Okay, so I'm customizing my desktop, and I wanted to change the icon to Google Chrome, so I made a shortcut, changed the icon as desired and It looks good. But when I click on it to start Google Chrome, it goes back the the red wheel and I can't directly change the icon of the "chrome" program itself. Any Ideas?

Wait, you want to completely change the Google Chrome icon like how it would appear on a Desktop or Task Bar? I think you'd need to download the .ico you want to replace it with and stick it in the exact directory of the old .ico for Google Chrome, making sure to delete the original .ico, or that'll cause Google Chrome to revert back to normal. To change a Desktop Icon's .ico, right click on it, go to Properties, Change Icon, and either select the .ico that you put in the directory for the original Google Chrome .ico, or browse to where your replacement .ico is.
