There's no evidence that this is needed at all. We already have a nomination cooldown, and some people keep asking for more. When is it going to be enough? Are we going to end up with a 30 map cooldown?
You can see here maps are not really being played back to back. Even with cinema, the fastest it was picked back to back was after 4 different maps. This is a 2 hour difference. The maps you can choose from at the end of the time limit is random unless everyone has nominated a map. So there's no change needed there either.
It doesn't make sense for me to prevent people from playing on the maps they voted for. The more you try to force your opinion on the majority, the worse the server will do. Especially if you are suggesting that I make cinema artificially played less.
