Hello!
This guy is flying all the time on map, he usually uses heavy/spy with clock/soldier with direct hit. Nobody can actually kill him, because he's very high, so you can't hook him or snipe as a sniper because of his chaotic movements. When you ask him to stop, he just say that he's not killing everyone (only me?) and that he won't stop. I don't know if he can fly because he's admin or because he's cheater, but I want to ask you to do something with this guy, because no one from other team can play safely because of his actions.
