As Title says, I need to buy a Vintage Flare Gun, preferably Odd-Leveled, but if it's Stock Level (The level a Unique Flare Gun would be), I'll buy it for 2 Scrap to 1 Rec. Odd-Leveled could be 1 Rec to 1.33 depending on the level.
