Actually, you'd be paying a higher price for them now, not because they're still being produced, but because they're brand new. Promos are always insanely expensive right after they're released. Expect to pay a bunch for them.

Lot of people have got the preorder promos, traded them then cancelled their order before the game got released. Since then these promos arent tradeable at all before the release date.
