Neo is one of the Least played bosses on FF2 , mainly because his rage takes so long to charge , the only way to get it is by pyros airblasting you.

I think it would be a good idea to change his rage (Valve Time)
I think these would fit neo well :
On rage :
+40% movement speed for Neo
+low grav for everyone while his rage is active (even Neo)
+Players near him will be stunned
(Make his rage easier to charge too)

I think if his rage increased properly he'd be an alright boss. Not even sure what happened to him.

He would but , I mean Gaben has Valve time too , I think Neo should be unique , instead of having the same rage as gaben.
