Bought keys with credits on the key market but it took credits and din't return key

i had 1 key able to be withdraweled on the key market but when i went to withdraw it said i had another trade open and needed to accept or decline it first.. which was not the case... then my key's available number went to 0 and i never got the key or trade offer for that matter and the credits i paid for the key had disappeared~ so does this mean i basically threw out 300k credits or what??

also never used this forum before so please forgive me if this isn't where this is supposed to go.. i just really want my damn key lol

This was already dealt with, Steam was just down when the offer was sent.
