Ban on Officer Graham For Racism.

Was on Degrootkeep when this random dude started in Jerry Seinfeld, Commander Video, and myself. I was fine with it, then the racism came. I asked him to stop, and this happened:

He also stated that he was an admin, which I guess you could add to the list of offenses. I think this is enough though.
