Invalid [Ban] Felk and [F2P]Troloxx

Hello !
I am on skial cp_orange_x3_skial since months now.
I made a two reports in one to not pollute.
Sorry if my english is bad , it is not my native language :)

So I were playing like I normally do but Felk and [F2P]Troloxx started to insult me for no reason. I seen Felk before in this server and i saw him insult me and other people before.
[F2P]Troloxx Was also insulting me but he was spaming-capslocking too.

I am sorry people are being mean to you but we do not ban people for that.

This is a rated M game. You should be able to handle anyone being mean. If you cannot, i suggest that you client mute the person. When you client mute someone, you will not be able to see what they type or hear what they say on the mic. For instructions, please look here
