and i got my account is back and on steam rep as marked scammer but i'm not a scammer the hacker is a scammer me no

Thanks for providing this evidence. I will be removing the SKIAL SCAMMER tag shortly. Like takethepants mentioned, though, you'll need to appeal with TF2OP to have that tag removed.
