i don't know if this is common to everyone else, but i get bad FPS whether i play on a weak or decent computer. in the base the fps is fine, but when you grapple around the orange house thats when the fps dips randomly to 25-30fps. The dips seem to be related to how many players are online at the time. i've tried changing settings but the dips are always there. The PC i used has a phenom ii x4 and a hd5870 so i don't see this as a hardware problem? my internet connection seems decent, with a ping of 50ms, so i don't suspect it either. Any insight would be greatly appreciated;

What are your computer specs?
100% crit servers especially when packed with 32 players will be more demanding on hardware due to the amount of particles. Most crits have extra particle effects (especially soldier rockets) which can put a larger workload on your hardware.
