Autolock on trade threads that haven't been posted in in (X amount of time, TBD)

Looking through the "Whats new"'s I'm seeing an extreme amount of necroposts happen in the trade threads (month+ old threads being bumped by someone who can't read dates)

If they auto closed after (X amount of time), this hassle would be avoided

EDIT: Looks like that plugin is per thread...I'm guessing we would want it to automatically be applied to all threads in the subforum though.
