why not try it out?
it'll remove those assholes who wait in spectate to stack the teams as they wont be able to pick the "good" team

Because admins spectating hackers won't be able to spectate hackers.
Some people like to spectate, and some people announce they're going AFK for a minute or two. I would prefer having an empty slot on my team that may lead to getting someone in autobalance or such than have someone sitting in spawn.

But some people dont want a random team, that's the issue Ruelel is bringing up. I've once seen around 5 people spectating, each of whom ended up joining the stacked team whenever they got the chance
