Auto-Lock/Delete Old Threads

Since we all hate old threads getting bumped, I was wondering if we could get a plugin to lock or delete after a month or so?

Posts may still be relevant months afterwards.

If people are needlessly bumping old threads with nothing to add, they should be punished instead of locking the thread.
