For the balance of the backpack I'll offer on lowest spreadsheet listed price at $.37/refined.

Meaning if an item is worth 1 refined at the lowest point of the spread I'll offer $.37

If worth 2 refined I'll offer $.74 and so on.

I think its clear. If you have a player leaving the game what is in it for them not to go out like a dick? Cashing out means no more TF2 which means if they get paid why not just inventory the backpack and keep the cash?

If someone has 30 pages of rep then maybe they won't go out like that. But they may. Its cash for pixels.Or there is a middleman. Bunch of ways to make both parties happy.
