Are admins allowed to dish out silences without warnings?

I was silenced for 30 mins after making a weird 3 second noise in voice chat twice. I was not warned by anyone even the admin and the reason was "Mic Spam". Is the admin system just a purely non warning system or was i admin abused? Must be a skial thing.

It was not "a weird 3 seconds" Maybe 3 seconds at a time, but not overall.

Admins have discretion as to whether to issue a warning depending on the circumstances.

You've been playing on the servers for over 2 years now, that's plenty of time to learn and understand the rules.

Mic-spamming is not allowed, period.

Typically, silences for these communication offenses start at 1 day and then increase.

Just like the police don't have to issue you warnings for running a stop sign or a red light, because you're expected to know the rules beforehand.
