Recorded demos while people were reporting. Above demo shows:
Wallhack + AntiBackstab + Aimbot.

From Tick 1 to 14,000 is all just anti-backstab hacks while he was afk, the hack auto-spins him so he can't show his back + he spins to the spies head automatically while he was AFK.

Also, was racist right after coming back ~Tick 14,500.

From Tick 14,400 onward, he comes back, first jarates a invisible spy, then you can see him target people through walls, seeing invisible spies flying across the map, seeing people under staircases..etc + suspicious headshots.

Thanks. It was interesting seeing the auto-spin anti-backstab hack, where you can go at his back but it won't register as a backstab.
