First off, I'd like to state that I was in the wrong for this type of action, but I'd like changes to be made to my ban, for the following reasons-

1- I have since reviewed Skial's server rules, and have changed my spray, and will not make any more spray mistakes in the future.
2- This has been my first ban in the lapse of two years, and my first spray ban overall, right behind a mod ban for griefing. Also, perhaps the permanent ban time may be slightly exaggerated.
3- I was not issued any warning to change my spray, nor a kick with a message to give me a moment to change my spray.
4- I have only used that spray since friends of mine on the server seem to like it, however, I shall have to keep my spray from containing bannable elements from now on.
5- I have not reviewed the rules as of lately, or if the rules had stayed the same for a while now, I may either have glossed over the "spray" section to jump to the "mute" section, or have forgotten the "spray" section over time.

Please review my case, and I hope that I may be unbanned soon, as I've enjoyed Skial for the past five years.

I’ll reduce your ban under the condition that you don’t use that spray or any like it in the future. Stating that you weren’t issued a warning doesn’t justify use of a spray, when the rules clearly state that lollicon/child porn is strictly prohibited.
