Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

i keep getting falsely gagged for racism and spam just because i kill the people playing around on the server i have never said anything racist or had the urge to do so. Most people hate me on the server for disrupting their friendly tea parties.you can check the chat log and see i almost never talk and when i do im not racist or anything else​

while the gag has long since expired, I went and took at the server's chat history and it was crystal clear that you were indeed a victim of vote abuse.
I have given the offender a day and put a note in your expired gag that it was a result of vote abuse against you.
