I got banned because I had a VPN on and did not know I would get banned from using a VPN.

If you are not the person that was banned/muted, you are only allowed to post evidence. Trash talk is unnecessary.
You are allowed to use a VPN/proxy but VPN/proxy IP addresses are recycled. So if someone gets banned while using a VPN, the IP address they were using is now banned.
Anyone else who is unlucky enough to be assigned that same banned IP address will get automatically banned as well which is what happened to you
I'll unban you, but in the future try to avoid using VPNs where possible since you run the risk of being banned from 'tainted' IP addresses
