Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I believe I should be unblocked because I have done nothing wrong to be blocked from all forms of communication. I was exchanging banter between another player via voice when I was blocked from both text communication and voice. The banter between the player and I was indeed quite loud but I did not draw it out and spam the mic. I hope to have this communications block removed swiftly​

You decided to loudly fake cough into voice and get on other players nerves. That is spamming, and violates our rules and is especially disallowed on trade.

Read the rules. Agree to read them and understand them I will lower it an hour
