Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

Heya. Soo I just got back into TF2, and got reminded that I was banned from Skial, but I never knew why, as I just got banned mid-match after coming back from whatever I was doing. Recently I came back to TF2 and tried to join, only to be reminded and then I found out I was banned because of something related to an IP address.
How come I was just banned because of my IP adress even though my brother could freely play in the same IP as me? That's not even my IP, and I can prove that. I won't post anything here for privacy concerns, but I'd like to get some explanations atleast.

You connected from a IP from a VPN that is banned from connecting by Skial. Your brother being able to connect is because your brother isn't connecting from the banned IP

You're unbanned, don't use a VPN
