This had happened about 6 months ago before, and I was unbanned before for it. But basically, I just got banned for forgetting to turn off my VPN before I connected to the server, and now I got permabanned. I will try to be EXTRA carefull about my VPN when I join a community server.
The attached image is a screenshot of my VPN (Private Internet Access). Sorry about this, I just made a mistake and forgot to turn it off.
