Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I had no cheat programs installed or running, in the reason it says " LINKED: New STEAMID from banned IP" I used a VPN, if you want to know, I used the new york city server with Private Internet Access. I hadn't recently changed my steamID either. If you meant to ban me for using a VPN and having basic privacy, at least make it a temporary ban. Here's a screenshot of me using it. I turned off my VPN and tried logging in but it still kicked me out. Check the attached picture.
