Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I'm in a Skial server (2Fort NY), decided to play Scout, go to get enemy intel and figured I'd taunt using the Bongos taunt as a joke and suddenly "FrAnnekenstein" aka https://steamcommunity.com/id/serpentineiris/ walks in as a Heavy, sees me playing the bongos, and kicks me from the server and bans me. Seriously? With all the players on here running hacks and this is what this person decides to ban me for, because I taunted? Clearly a sore loser...​

Hey, I warned that friendlying was against the server rules, and you said you were just running to our intel to play bongos. I spectated you for several minutes, in which you ran around with your fish to avoid players on the opposite team while getting into our intel room to play bongos as you said. A few times you fished people, mostly you died.

It wastes a server slot of someone who could have been getting into the intel room like that and helping their team by running it out. This is friendlying, which is only allowed on the idle or trade servers.

Except, that (I spectated you for several minutes, in which you ran around with your fish to avoid players on the opposite team) is an outright lie. I was hitting people with the fish AND killing other players. You also only went into spectate for less than a minute. Care to try another lie? I'm in this server EVERY night, as well as NY+, LA, and Turbine. If this is how Skial handles things, I'll find other servers, but I'll be sure to let my friends who play TF2 to go to other servers as well.

Well, it was on the LA server. You tried connecting to the NY server only after getting banned on the LA server.

And you were friendlying.

You can threaten to take your shenanigans elsewhere, that's fine. You could also just apologize for friendlying and ask if it could be appealed, to which I'd ask you to read the rules and let you be on your merry way. Or you can have a fit that you were friendlying after being told not to, and calling me a liar. I recognized you were fishing people after that sentence.

So from start to finish, you killed one person with the holy fish while attempting to friendly despite being told to stop. This went on for 8 minutes from start to finish, and for 5 minutes after being told to stop.
Do you also feel it's an acceptable response to tell another human being to kill themselves because they told you to adhere to the already established server rules?

If you think the answer to that is "yes, it's acceptable" then I think we'll take you up on your offer to leave skial for good.
