Hey, can you un IP ban my friend POOTIS from steam? It's his first time joining your servers but someone hacked his computer. He said he wanted to join in the servers for real but he got perm banned on the first time joining. It was a Perm IP Ban. Well, we where hacked by someone who stole our IP adress and our computer by making those accounts on steam to hack in your servers. Can you unban POOTIS from your servers? Pretty Please? We got hacked.
