Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

i had just logged off of a hvh server and thought turning off the cheats would stop it from banning me, i realize it was a stupid mistake but i never did cheat inside of the server, because i dont want to disrupt genuine fun, so when i got banned i moved to my main (this account) and got ip banned, please help​

its worth a try, and hvh isnt that lame, i never cheat on servers where others arent, i understand this response because most people who use cheats are cunts but i will never use it on players who arent using it as well
