I was perma banned a while ago in 2015, i'm not sure why and the reason on that website doesn't say why.

You connected to the same IP as a hacker (throwaway account, in fact), a mere day and a half later. IP is not a VPN, so you or someone in your household clearly used a throwaway account to hack, then you tried to connect the next day. Appeal denied.
