Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

It says that my IP-address is permanently banned but i dont know why. Because I was never hacking or anything else. Skial has also the best variety of Servers in TF2.

Nothing I see makes me believe that this was NOT you.

Two throwaway accounts with VACs whose age is 2 days apart, with one of them added to your main's friends list.
Even if it was a family member or someone in your household, your account and IP will remain banned to keep them from coming back

We don't tolerate cheaters. You won't be getting unbanned.
