hello i've been chat muted for the last 2 years for a voteabuse, i'd really like to go back playing saxton hale on your servers, but the gaming experience is way inferior. as i recently read on your site a permanent ban is given in very rare occasions such as hacking, ddos attacks, scams....
Is there a chance to get unbanned and enjoy a full skial experience?​
