He was not griefing at all. There was no reason to call a vote on him.

so what's up with the muted players can't change names thing. I getting kicked for that and i'm not even changing my name

It is meant to stop players that are muted to communicate by changing their names (really that happens more often than you might think it does).
If it kicks you without your own input, it is probably a bug.

Edit: I can see you are being renamed for being AFK with immediate disconnects. @Bottiger can look into it.

I can't help you with that myself, so all you can do as of right now is try to avoid going AFK until he looks into it.

I have tried bringing the matter up to him twice, but it appears you are not granted an answer. I am sorry about that, but you will be unmuted today anyhow. You should avoid to get muted as it appears there is nothing about to happen over this issue, and getting set as AFK might still kick you in the future, unless that is being removed or edited.
