Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

it says i have a new steam id from a banned ip, and im not sure why because at the moment im using a hotspot, so im not sure if its because of the speed, or what,​

That IP comes back as a proxy IP of some form, so it was from your hotspot.

Hotspots can reuse IP addresses making them risky to use. You can be assigned a IP address someone else was once using when they got banned from Skial

I can't find anything that suggests you were the person who got the IP banned in the first place for aimbotting so I'll unban you

But avoid using hotspots if possible. You're allowed to use them, but you do run the risk of getting banned from a tainted IP address, such as what happened here.
