I was just trying to show my friend xxXPr1CklYP3n1SXxx a spot someone show me on the map vsh_spaaaaace_v1_fix_s3 where you could jump onto a window that is hard to reach by the hale. I was going to kill myself and never go to that spot again, but instead i was banned.​

The ban is for friendlying and for glitching into the vents in the map. Considering you exploited and you were friendlying even after being asked to stop doing both, I think you can wait out the 3 days ban.
