Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:

I have no link or affiliation with the other account which is also banned. I am overseas right now and I believe I got banned because someone was playing TF2 at this hotel and got banned and as a result of this I was also banned as IP addresses are not allocated to every device connected to the internet but instead every router.​

There isn't any way for us to determine if your story is true or if you were hacking on an alt as you are still connecting from the same ip as the first.. We are going to have to keep both accounts and the ip banned.

We can see you were banned on the IP: 116.14.27.162
We can see you were banned on the date: 2017-12-03, at 21:43
We can see the hacker was banned on the date: 2017-11-26, at 19:46
...you were banned after the hacker was banned.

We have seen two Steam IDs on that IP:
You, on the date: 2017-07-10, at 03:37:26
Hacker, on the date: 2017-11-26, at 19:45:20
...you existed prior to the hacker existing.

We have seen one IP address from your Steam ID.
We have seen 32 connections by your Steam ID.
We have seen one IP address from the hacker's Steam ID.
We have seen 2 connections by your Steam ID.

We have no reason to believe you're not the hacker.
