Why should you be unbanned or unblocked?:
i cheated on a throw away account on tf2 to see how long it would take for vac to take effect and how easy it is to hack on public servers (which would likely be similar to csgo).
beyond that, i dont cheat and wouldnt cheat on skial servers, which doesnt mean much to a large group of servers, but as you can see from my profile, i have no previous bans or blocks, further implying that this was a 1 off and will not happen again. I really do want to use skial servers but if this is impossible, i respect the decision and can live with it
