Is it possible to please lift the permanent ban from my account since I was at work when this incident happened? I've never had any reason whatsoever to hack in any game. I've always had a good time playing in these servers, but from what I've read in the rules, it doesn't sound like a possibility since it's more than likely an IP ban.
