Hi,
I was recently banned from your servers due to using a ‘’proxy/ new steamID from banned IP’’,
I was never banned on another account nor on my house IP, I was using an Nvidia program called ‘’G Force Now’’ which lets you play without running the game on your computer, I use that program because my laptop can't run TF2 on a normal way. I was not aware that using a proxy can get you banned.
I was never before this incident been banned, muted, or blocked.
I apologize for not reading the rules before using external programs and promise that if unbanned this will never happen again.
